Question: I am looking for a small motor home for my business. My wife and I travel around the craft fairs in USA to sell our crafts. What is a good model for us?

Answer: Any of the smaller units would be wonderful. My answer would be "anything we sell!" We, or any RV dealer would be happy to show you a variety of models that would work. You're probably looking at a Class B; Class C; or a Class B+.

Question: How can I level my 21 ft travel trailer behind my 1993 Dodge Dakota truck using torsion bars with chains hooked up to the receiver?

Answer: The head assembly on the weight distribution hitch needs to be adjusted up or down depending on the height of both units.

Question: I recently purchased my first fifth wheel trailer. I have a short bed pickup. Do I really need a fifth wheel hitch with the slider option, or would it just be a waste of money?

Answer: We recommend the glider option on a fifth wheel on all short bed trucks. The price of the hitch is much less money than a body repair on the cab of your truck.

Question: I can smell propane from underneath my trailer (I can't smell it on the inside). Could this be from pressure release? What is a typical fee to check?

Answer: Whenever we smell propane we become concerned. If the tank has recently been filled and there are warm temperatures, sometimes the overflow on the tank will release. However, this is February! I would get it checked ASAP! We typically do a pressure check for around $40. To fix the problem can be a little or a lot, depending on the problem. Please get it checked soon!
